降压联合他汀调脂治疗对中老年高血压动脉弹性功能的影响

Effect of combinated antihypertensive and cholesterol lowering treatment on the arterial elasticity in middle-old-age hypertension patients

目的观察降压联合调脂治疗对中老年高血压动脉弹性功能的影响。方法选择116例中老年高血压患者,随机分成2组,每组58例。一组接受正规降压治疗(单纯降压组),另一组在降压治疗基础上联合常规剂量他汀类药物(联合治疗组),治疗时间为14个月,观察两组治疗前后大、小动脉弹性指数(C1和C2)的变化。结果单纯降压组治疗前后比较,C1、C2均有增高趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后C1、C2均增高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年高血压患者在降压治疗基础上联合他汀调脂治疗对改善动脉弹性功能有益。

Objective To observation the effect of antihypertensive and cholesterol lowering treatment on the arterial elasticity in middle-old-age hypertension patients.Methods Choose the middle-old-age hypertension patients sufferer in 116,divided into 2 sets,each 58 cases.One set accepts regular antihypertensive treatment（pure antihypertensive treatment set）,another combinated cholesterol lowering treatment（combinated treatment set） and observes two sets of the varieties of the arteries elastcity index（C1 and C2） that cures before and after for 14 months.Results Pure treatment set each index sign did not show a larg change before or after treatment（P 0.05）.Combinated treatment set after the treatment the C1,C2 all increases,and compare with before treatment show more difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions Combinated cholesterol lowering treatment is beneficial to improve arterial elasticity in middle-old-age hypertension patients.
