44例老年肺炎的诊治体会

The experience of diagnosis and treatment in 44 pneumonia cases of old man

老年人中肺炎的发病率高达60以上,但老年肺炎患者的症状不典型,体征无特异性,本文对44例老年性肺炎的病例进行了回顾性分析,发现胸片、CT等检查在老年肺炎早期的诊断方面有很重要的价值。

The morbidity of pneumonia in the old people was60.But in these old people who had pneumonia the symptom and the sign were not characteristic.We retrospectively analysed 44 cases,and then we found that it was important to do chest radiograph and CT inspection.
