中华民族传统美德传承了几千年。从应然的意义言,当今国人应该操守着良好的道德行为,但在现实生活中,德行操守存在着举棋不定的现象。结合中国社会的实际来看,这一背离大体因德行主体缺乏现实正义和人道关怀的公共生活环境所致。为了更好的推崇德行,除了道德解决之外,完善制度创造良好的社会环境成为必要保障。

The traditional virtues as heritages of the Chinese people have lasted for thousands of years.From the deserved meaning,the people in the world today should conduct a good moral behavior.But in real life Virtue is conducted unsteadily.According to China＇s social practice,because of the lack of justice and humane care environment,people have given up insisting on the virtue.In order to advocate the virtue,in addition to the solutions of ethical,it is necessary to perfect the outside system and creat a good social environment.
