摘要
研究了一种离子菁J-聚集体对另一种带相反电荷的离子型菁的作用。吸收光谱表明:后者被引发生成了J-聚集体,两种离子菁以各自分离的J-聚集体存在,而没有形成两种菁离子交替堆叠的混合型聚集体;量热测量结果支持了这个事实。利用J-聚集体的胶体性质,对前—离子菁J-聚集体引发后—离子菁形成J-聚集体的体系进行了质点的电泳淌度测量。观察到的电泳行为表明,分离的两种 J-聚集体是以电性相互作用的总体存在。为进行对比,还研究了外加盐反离子分别对一种阴离子菁和一种阳离子菁形式J-聚集体的效应。
The effect of the J-aggregates of an ionic cyanine dye on an ionic cyanine dye with
opposite charge is studied.Absorption spectra indicates the J-aggregate initiation of the
latter,which when existing alone in aqueous solution under the similar experimental condi-
tions,shows little tendency to form aggregates.There are no indications from spectra show-
ing the formation of mixed aggregates with alternately stacked ion species of these two
cyanine dyes.Calorimetric measurements for the aggregation initiation processes give us a
result which supports the segregated J-stacks formation of the two ionic cyanine.A study
of the electro.phoratie behavior has proved that the segregated stacks of the two ionic
cyanine dye are electrostatically bounded togather just as a charge-transfer”totality-mov-
ing in one direction in the field.No particles are seen moving oppositely along.The
electrophoretic behavior of the J-aggregates of a single ionic cyanine dye has also been in-
vestigated for comparision.
