摘要
以筛选出对氯嘧磺隆具有高效降解作用的四株细菌(XL-1、XL-3、XD-3和XD-4)株为实验对象,利用菌株密度与菌液OD之间的对应关系为依据,研究了温度、pH和转速对四株细菌生长的影响情况,确定其生长特性条件,作为后续研究的基础。
In this paper,the research material is the highly effective bacteria for degrading Chlorimuron-ethyl which has been isolated,which were XL-1,XL-3,XD-3 and XD-4.Based on the relationship between bacteria density and OD,the effect of temperature,PH and rotary speed on bacteria growth was studied to determine its growth characterization.
