摘要
作者根据自己多年在房地产开发等方面的工程实践,并且结合我国目前的现状,从几个方面对全装修成品住宅是房地产开发的方向进行了较为全面的论述。
According to the engineering practice in realty development,this paper sates that finished dwelling is the direction of realty development from several aspects combined with the actuality in our country.
