摘要
档案的保密工作是档案工作的关键,正确处理好保守国家秘密与开放利用档案信息资源的关系,是值得我们研究的一个现实课题。本文主要论述了如何能将二者有机的结合,并在保密、安全的基础上合理的开发利用档案这一信息资源。
Confidentiality is important for archives work.How to deal with the relationship between keep national secret and utilizing archives information resource opening is a reality task that worth to be studied.This paper states the combination and points out how to utilize archives on the base of confidentiality and safety.
