软管滚涂油墨用水性醇酸树脂的合成和应用

Synthesis adn Application of Water Borne Alkyol Resin on Flexible pipe Rolling Inks

以邻苯二甲酸酐、蓖麻油、季戊四醇、甘油为原料在催化剂存在下,通过醇解、酯化聚合制造软管滚涂油墨用水性醇酸树脂。通过试验用所合成的树脂与水性三聚氰氨树脂复配,辅之于相适应的助剂制得的水溶性软管滚涂油墨经过软管厂涂装试用,其性能指标可达到现用的油溶性软管滚涂油墨的效果。

We synthetized the alkyd resin using as water-soluble paint by the way of alcohoysis,esterifica-tion polymerization in phthalic anhydride,pentacrythrite,propanetriol,Castor-oil and Catalyst.The flexible pipe paint Can be made mixing well the synthetized resin,resimine-747 adn asisist agents.Its properies have came up to the standard of oil-soluble flexible pipe paints pass throug testing.
