乳腺腺泡细胞癌1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女性,40岁。6年前发现左侧乳房一肿块,在本院行肿块局部切除。术后病理诊断：乳腺浸润性导管癌。患者因年龄较轻,不愿行乳腺癌根治术及其他治疗而出院。1年前发现左乳腺原切口处又长出一肿块,无红肿、疼痛,逐渐长大。查体：左乳房皮肤可见陈旧性手术瘢痕,
