屈曲指-关节炎-髋内翻-心包炎综合征一例

Camptodactyly-Arthropathy-Coxa-Vara-Pericarditis syndrome：a case report

摘要 患儿男,9岁.因关节肿胀3年入院.患儿3年前家长发现其四肢各关节肿胀,当时无发热、皮疹及关节疼痛,关节活动无明显受限,无少尿、全身浮肿.期间查ESR、ASO、RF阴性,膝关节积液为渗出液,未引起重视,各关节肿胀逐年加重,未予特殊治疗.预防接种均按程序进行,无结核接触史,父母非近亲结婚,家族中无类似疾病患者.
