摘要
亚硝基丙二酸酯的制备中有大量氮氧化物生成,用氧化及碱液吸收法来处理,废水量较多,我们采用萃取、碱中和、过滤、反渗透法浓缩等方法处理,大大减少了废液总量。更完善的废水处理方法还有待进一步研究。
Preparation of nitroso-malonic ester have a more stable technology, Raw material is sodium nitrite、acetic acid、 salt、water. This reaction have a process from low temperature to 401.
Much NOX will produce, It will be disposed for oxidation and basicity liquid absorption. The quantity of liquid waste is much, we take many methods to dispose the liquid waste, example, extraction、basicity neutralization、filtration concentration etc, that, the liquid waste will be reduced clear. But there are many problem will must be resolved.
