两例肺奴卡菌病的影像学表现并文献复习

Imaging Features of Pulmonary Nocardiosis(Two Cases of Report and Literature Review)

目的探讨肺奴卡菌病的影像学表现特点,提高对肺奴卡菌(pulmonary nocardiosis,PN)的影像认识水平。资料与方法搜集确诊的2例肺奴卡菌病患者的临床资料及影像学表现,并复习国内外文献,对其影像学表现进行分析。结果 1例影像表现为弥漫磨玻璃、片状影、粟粒结节影,分布以肺野外带为主,另1例影像表现为弥漫片状、结节影,其间见多发大小不等空洞影,分布仍以肺野外带为主;2例均合并胸腔积液。结论肺奴卡菌病是由奴卡菌引起的少见而严重的感染,其影像表现多样,无特异性,结合临床可提示诊断,以利于早期治疗,最终确诊依靠细菌学检查。

Objective To study the imaging manifestations of pulmonary nocardiosis.Materials and Methods The clinical manifestations and image features of twe cases of pulmonary nocardiosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Two lesions located at the outer zone of lung field.One lesion showed diffuse ground-glass opacity,consolidation,military nodules,another lesion showed diffuse consolidation,nodules,with cavity.Both lesions combined with hydrothorax.Conclusion Pulmonary nocardiosis has no typical imaging features.The final diagnosis depend on bacteriological examination.
