摘要
本文在研究江苏警官学院150名学生执行警务化管理动机的基础上,从元认知理论出发,探讨新形式下如何提高学生自我监控能力,内化学生警务化管理执行意识,培养良好警察意识。
Agraduate Polieewayaf students administration isn't contradictingthe devdopmentofthe studentindividuality; it isn' t mutually exclusive with the development of the students' individuality if startedfrom the ideology of quality education. The voice of restraining development of the students' individualityis actually the reflection of the difficult assignment of the police academy graduates.
