摘要
目的:探讨乌鲁木齐市临床护理人员职业倦怠现状,以填补新疆地区护理人员职业倦怠实证研究方面的空白。方法:采用一般情况问卷及职业倦怠问卷量表对497名护理人员职业倦怠进行测量。结果:不同医院类型、科别、年龄、工龄、学历、职称、职务、民族、婚姻状况等对护理人员职业倦怠各维度都有影响,尤其对情绪耗竭和消极怠慢两方面影响较显著(P<0.01)。与国外Maslach常模比较,本次调查倦怠状况高于国外常模,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:新疆护理人员的职业倦怠总的来说不严重,但情绪耗竭已初露端倪。医院管理者应通过多种途径预防缓解其压力,护理人员自身也应加强心理调控,以防止职业倦怠的进一步加深和蔓延。
Objective:To discuss the situation of job burnout of nurses in Urumqi,and fill the blank of study on nurses' job burnout in Xinjiang. Methods: A total of 497 nurses were randomly selected. The basic information table and MBI -GS were administered to measure job burnout. Results:The different type of hospital,specialty, age, length of service, education, job title, position, nationality, marital status of nurses affect all the dimensions of burnout, particularly emotional exhaustion and Personality disintegration on both more significant influence (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model of Maslach, the job burnout was higher than tile survey of foreign model, with significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 )+ Conclusions :The general job burnout of nurses in Xinjiang was not serious, but the emotional exhaustion had been horizonal the pressure. Hospital managers should ease the pressure through a variety of ways,and nurses should also strengthen their mental control, to prevent job burnout from further deepening and spreading.
