负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢外伤的护理效果评价

Evaluation on effect of vacuum seal drainage technique in treating patients with limb trauma

目的：探讨应用负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢外伤时两种不同的吸引方式的护理效果.方法：将2008年5月～2009年12月在我科应用负压封闭引流技术进行创面处理的60例病人随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组在行负压封闭引流术后即在0.017～0.060 MPa负压下进行持续吸引 观察组在行负压封闭引流术后48 h内在0.017～0.060 MPa负压下行持续吸引,48 h后改为在相同的负压下行吸2 min停5 min的间断吸引.对两组病人在创面清洁时间、疼痛程度和睡眠质量方面进行护理效果评价.结果：两组疼痛程度比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05） 在创面清洁时间、睡眠质量方面观察组较对照组有明显提高,两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05＝.结论：应用负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢外伤时行间断负压吸引,可提高病人的睡眠质量和缩短创面清洁时间.

Objective： Investigating the different effects when apply different methods of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in treating limb Waumas. Methods： 60 patients who need VSD in our nursing department were divided into two groups randomly by time from May 2008 to December 2009. After being given VAD, the control of 30 cases were keep a negative pressure of 0. 0017 - 0. 060 MPa. The observation group of 30 cases were given the same mode of VSD in the first 48 hours, after that give them 2 rain of absorb and 5 rain of break alternately. Estimating the effect by the wound surface cleaning duration and pain level and sleep quality. Results ： During cleaning the surface of wound, patients＇ pain level has no statistical different （ P 〉 0.05 ） , observation group has ob- vious improvement in life quality statistically （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： In application of VSD in treating limb injury,choosing the intermittent method is better in improving patients＇ life quality than persistent method.
