护理干预对动脉粥样硬化病人血脂水平变化的影响

Nursing intervention effects on changes of blood lipid levels in atherosclerotic patients

目的:探讨系统性跟踪式护理方法对动脉粥样硬化(AS)病人血脂变化的影响。方法:将56例病人随机分为2组,对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用系统性跟踪式护理方法,观察两组病人3、6、12个月血脂变化情况,并对比分析。结果:两组病人总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)值、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)护理12个月后指标均明显优于护理前(P<0.05);护理后6、12个月,研究组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:细致有序的护理方法对动脉粥样硬化病人的血脂趋于稳定具有积极意义,能够有效降低血脂,提高康复效率。

Objective ： To discuss the intervention effects of systenatie tracking methods on changes of blood lipid levels in atherosclerotic patients. Methods ： 56 patients were divided into two groups at random. Patients in cantrol group were nursed by traditional methods, and patients in study group were nursed by systematic tracking methods. Then the lipid changes were compared between the two groups. Results： The TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C after medication 12 months were better than which before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The data （ TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C ） of Study group were better than control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：It＇s effective to nurse atherosclerosis patients with meticulous and orderly care methods.
