摘要
本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、比较分析等方法,系统分析了安徽省高校园区体育师资队伍现状。研究发现安徽省高校园区体育师资队伍数量严重不足、性别结构失衡、高层次人才有所欠缺、职称结构正在优化、来源结构和学缘结构相对比较单一、专业结构有待完善。提出了加强自身造血功能、拓宽来源渠道、建立长效激励机制、实现优化配置等方面的意见与建议。
The present status of PE teachers on Anhui college campuses was systematically analyzed by using methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The study shows that there is seriously insufficient number of PE teachers on Anhni college campuses faculty, gender imbalance and lack of high-level talents. The structure of professional titles is being optimized. Many PE teachers graduate from the same university or college. Their specialty structure needs to be improved. Some suggestions are of- fered on how to strengthen self-actualization, to broaden choice of PE teachers, to establish a long-term incen- tive mechanism and to realize an optimal allocation of college PE teachers.
