摘要 8m×6m风洞特大迎角机构由7只伺服油缸驱动实现模型迎角和测滑角运动控制,要求控制系统对姿态角运动变化速度、到位精度进行控制。被控对象是一个典型多自由度协调联动控制系统。对采用PLC常规I/O模块,而未使用任何数控系统,实现多轴联动控制的硬件和软件进行了介绍。给出了控制效果,说明了控制系统的设计是成功的。 The 8m×6m wind tunnel high attack angle mechanism, which are driven by seven hydraulic cylinders, can realize the required changes in attack angle and yaw angle of the test model by control the seven hydraulic cylinders. The control system has the specific characteristics of multi-degree-of-freedom synchronism control requirements and the high accuracy of angle change-velocity and position control. In this paper, the multi-axies correlative motion is carried out by using the control algorithm and using the general hardware I/O modules of PLC, that the special multi-axies numerical controller is not used. The hardware system and software are introduced in this paper. The actual results show that this control system design is successful.
