概评科学计量学范式下国外人文社会科学定量评价研究 被引量：3

摘要 人文社会科学评价研究有着强烈的现实需求。国外科学计量学范式下的研究成果主要有SSCI和A & HCI,但其收录的学科和文献都不足以反映人文社会科学全貌,因此要拓展基于非ISI的引文数据库,如书籍和会议论文集。人文社会科学评价必须对计量评价指标加以调整。科学计量方法并不是最好的,同行评议也不是最好的,两者之间的结合将是一种理想的评价方式。
