GSTP1基因Ile^(105)Val多态性与最大运动状态下的心肺表现

摘要 人体谷胱苷肽S-转移酶在肺和心血管系统免疫反应方面扮演一定角色,不少研究已经显示谷胱苷肽S-转移酶P1(glutathione S-transferase P1,GSTP1)基因Ile105Val多态性可能与肺疾病的发生发展相关联,而该多态是否影响正常人体心肺功能少见报道。选取198名健康汉族成年男性,首次对GSTP1基因与正常人体最大运动状态下心肺表现间的关系进行了探索。结果检测到两种GSTP1基因型:Ile105/Ile105和Ile105/Val105,频率分别为78%和22%。最大摄氧量、最大摄氧量状态下的氧脉搏和氧通气当量以及这三项指标较各自安静状态下的增加值在GSTP1 Ile105/Ile105和Ile105/Val105基因型组间的差异均没有显著性(P>0.05)。因此,我们认为这两种基因型的遗传差异不会对人体最大运动状态下的心肺表现产生影响。 Glutathione S- transferases have been regarded as implication in various aspects of immune responses in pulmonary and cardiovascular systems. Some studies have shown that glutathione S - transferase P1 ( GSTP1 ) gene is associated with lung diseases. For the first time we investigated the relationship between Ile^105 Val polymorphism of GSTPI gene and cardiorespiratory performance in 198 healthy ethnic Han men. Two GSTP1 genotypes were detected: Ile^105/Ile^105 and Ile^105/Val^105, and the frequencies were 78% and 22% , respectively. Whether for maximal oxygen uptake, maximal 02 pulse and maximal ventilatory equivalents for oxygen or for the difference values between maximal levels and resting levels in oxygen uptake, 02 pulse and ventilatory equivalents for oxygen, no significant differences were found between the two genotype groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Thus, the genetic difference between the two genotypes has not an effect on cardiorespiratory performance.
