摘要
油井自能热洗是利用油井伴生气加热产出液,高温融蜡并将其排出井外的一项新兴节能工艺。辽河油田曙光油区原油具有高含蜡、高凝固点的特点,抽油井需要经常进行清蜡作业;常规热洗井清蜡费用高,且遇到水敏和出砂储层会对底层造成损害。自能热洗清蜡技术无需外加能源,是一项清洁环保的绿色科技,在辽河曙光油区的现场应用表明:该技术热交换率高,升温快,清蜡效果显著。
Self-energy Thermo-launder in oil well is heating production fluid with accompanying gas,thaw wax in the high tempreture and then it is discharged out of oil well,which is a new type of technology.The oil in Shuguang Oil Production Plant of Liaohe is waxy with high solidfying point,so oil wells always need paraffin treatment.the routine technology of paraffin treatment is expensive,which is always harmful to the reservoir with water sensitivity and sand inflow.The technology of Self-energy Thermo-launder does not need extra power,which is a green technology.The application in Shuguang Oil Production Plant shows: this technology has high rate of heat exchange,fast temperature rise,the visibile effect of paraffin treatment.
