采油井口原油加热装置的设计分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对油田采油井口立式圆筒形管式加热炉存在的多方面缺陷,改为炉型水套炉间接加热,克服了原来采油井口生产中加热炉存在的问题。可使热效率高,节能环保,提高了可靠性和安全性,操作管理方便,易于制造、安装和维护。本文对比分析了采油井口新式炉型水套炉与原来立式圆筒形管式加热炉的工作原理、存在的问题及改进后的效果。 In the light of the oil wellhead vertical cylindrical tube oil furnace's,various defects,water jacket furnace indirect heating is used,and the original existing problems of oil wellhead production in the furnace are solved so as to make the thermal efficiency high,and energy conservation and environmental protection are obtained at the same time,besides,the reliability and safety are improved and operation management is very convenient.lastly the manufacture,installation and maintenance are easy to get.This article compares and analyzes its working priciple,existing problems and results ofter improvement.
