On Heterogeneous and Dispersed Knowledge Development Processes in Distributed Innovation

在探讨了分布式创新概念后,文章研究越来越重要的国际化背景下分布式知识开发过程,涉及分布式知识开发的五个特征,即分散性管理活动,地点间距离,背景多样性,条件复杂性和活动同时性,以及对分布式知识开发过程的变化形式进行研究。最后,以跨国公司知识开发为例进行了说明。

After the introduction of concept of distributed innovation,this paper focus on the development of distributed knowledge under the context of international background,including five characteristics of the distributed knowledge development,dispersion of managerial activities,contextual diversity and geographic distance,coordination complexity,simultaneity of activities;and the variations of knowledge development processes in Distributed Innovation.Finally,multinational corporations are described in knowledge development as an example.
