公共行政价值是公共行政的灵魂和核心,它是与公共行政实践相伴而生的。随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,我国行政管理体制改革滞后,各种深层次的矛盾和问题凸显。在新形势下,我国公共行政的核心价值取向主要为服务、责任、效率、公平和法治。因此,我国行政管理体制改革必须以这些价值理念为导向,大力建设服务政府、责任政府、高效政府、公平政府与法治政府,这对推进我国政治经济体制改革具有重大指导意义。

Public administrative value is the soul of public administration and the core of it is and practice of public administration consequential.Along with the socialist market economy in China＇s rapid development,the administrative system reform lags behind,the various deep contradiction and problem highlights.In the new situation,our core value orientation of public administration is mainly for the service,responsibility,efficiency and fairness and the rule of law.Therefore,our country administrative system reform must take these concepts of value as the guidance,vigorously constructing service government and responsible government and efficient government,fair government and law in China to promote the government,which has great political and economic reform guiding significance.
