摘要
近年来,表象训练法已在我国体育教学或运动技能训练过程中得到广泛的推广和应用,但在舞蹈教学的应用并不多见。通过文献研究发现,表象训练法在舞蹈教学的应用,可以提高舞蹈动作的教学质量和教学效果。舞蹈动作教学的实践表明:表象训练法在舞蹈教学的作用类似于舞蹈动作形象的训练,有利于舞蹈动作技术的掌握和舞蹈动作概念的形成;舞蹈动作教学的表象训练根据其不同的教学内容和不同的学习阶段,选择不同的表象训练法,有利于学习者舞蹈动作教学"记忆表象"的形成和"想象表象"的信息加工。
Image training in PE teaching and sports training has been widely adopted in China,yet it's still not the case in dance teaching.Based on some literature research,the image training could improve dance movement's teaching.The practice of teaching dance show that image training in dance teaching is similar to dance image training,benefit to both dance movement and concept formation.Moreover,image training in dance teaching should be based on different teaching contents and different learning phases,thus benefit to learners' memory of images and imagine processing in dance learning.
