摘要
双汇"瘦肉精"事件引发了社会各界对食品安全及食品召回制度的广泛关注,凸显了完善我国食品召回制度的重要性及必要性。从我国实际情况出发,在对比美国食品召回制度,分析我国食品召回制度的不足,从食品安全角度提出完善我国食品召回制度的若干见解。
The Shuanghui "Clenbuterol" Event has attracted wide concern of the society on food safety and recall system,which also highlights the necessity and urgency of perfecting a legal recall system for defective food in China.By comparing the recall systems between the United States and China,this paper tries to analyze the disadvantages of the recall system for food in China at present.In terms of food safety,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the recall system for food in China.
