Application and Research of Automatic Trimming Machine in Shoes Insole

通过对温州鞋类厂家的调查,本文介绍了一种能够完全替代手工操作的鞋中底自动修边设备的应用和研究情况。主要分析了利用当前先进的自动化生产设备结合原有手工操作的流程研制出解决当前鞋业企业所面临的生产效率低下、废品率高、可重复性差等问题,实现良好的经济效益。

Through the investigation of Wenzhou footwear manufacturer, this paper introduces the application and research situation of shoes insole automatic trimming equipment which can completely replace manual operation. Combining current advanced automated production equipment with the original manual operation process, a solution to current problems existing in footwear industry, such as low efficiency, high scrap rate, poor repeatability, is discussed, thus to realize good economic benefit.
