纳米硒对岢岚绒山羊妊娠母羊血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究纳米硒对岢岚绒山羊血液生理、生化指标的影响。选择体重、年龄相近的母山羊100只,随机分为2组,对照组喂以基础日粮(C组)、试验组在基础日粮中添加0.5mg/kg纳米硒(Se组),试验期为180d。结果表明,①日粮中纳米硒的添加对妊娠期绒山羊血液生理指标中的红细胞数量、红细胞压积和血红蛋白含量等无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著增加了白细胞数量(P<0.05),增强了妊娠母羊机体的免疫力;②日粮中纳米硒的添加对妊娠期绒山羊血清酶活性的分析结果表明,日粮中添加纳米硒,ALP的活性显著降低(P<0.05),其他酶都比对照组活性低,但差异不显著(P>0.05),硒的添加改善了肝功能;③日粮中纳米硒的添加使妊娠期绒山羊血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性以及总抗氧化能力显著增高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),增强了机体的抗氧化能力。 The study was conducted to investigate the effect of Nano-selenium on blood physiology and biochemical indexes in the Pregnancy does of Kelan Cashmere Attal of female doeswithweightsimilarandagesimilarwererandomly dividedinto 2groupaThe controlgroup wasfedaasicdiet (C group), and the test group were in a dosage of(15mg/kg Nano-Se (Se group) per kilogram diet respectively. Whole feeding experiment lasted for 180 days, The results showed that: ①There was no significant effect by adding Nano-Setopregnancy cashmeredesblodphysiologyindicatorsinRBC,HGB,MCH,MCHC,RDW(P〉0.5).ButWBCwassignificantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), Se added in basic diet enhanced immunologic function ②he analysis on serum enzyme activity showed that dietary group adding seleniumtopregnancyeashmeredoeswassignificanflyreducedALPaetivity (P〈0.05),ALT,ASTandLDHactivitywasreduced, Butnosignifieantly. Overal],thediet supplementedwithseleniumimprovetheliverfunction③Serumglutathioneper-oxidase (GSH-Px) activity, superoxidedismutase (SOD) activityandT-AOCwere markedlyhigherthancontrolgroup (P〈0.05),malondialdehyde (MDA) eoneentration were markedly lowerthan control group (P〈0.05).
