中药肺纤方防治放射性肺损伤的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察肺纤方治疗放射性肺损伤的临床疗效。方法:选择符合放射性肺损伤诊断患者63例,随机分为两组。接受直线加速器治疗后,对照组采取西医对症治疗;治疗组采取口服以中药肺纤方为主方治疗。30 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察放射性肺损伤的评定及分级、毒副反应、生活质量等情况。结果:治疗组客观疗效和放射性肺损伤的评定疗效分级优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病例治疗后中医症状总积分比较,治疗组中医症候总积分的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组放疗后毒副反应和生活质量状况评分均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺纤方具有一定的防治放射性肺损伤的作用,可改善肿瘤客观疗效,提高患者生活质量,减轻放疗毒副作用。 Objective: To study the treatment of Feixian Fang the clinical efficacy of radiation-induced lung injury.Methods: From January 2008 to January 2009 oncology outpatient clinic and ward patients found 63 cases of radiation injury diagnosis,the use of random number,all patienst were randomly divided into two groups.Accept the linear accelerator treatment,symptomatic treatment control group taking western medicine;treatment group Medicine taken orally for the treatment of lung fiber side the main square.30 days for a course of treatment,observed after 2 courses of radiation-induced lung,Damage assessment and classification,toxicity,quality of life and so on.Results: objective response and put the treatment group.Evaluation of radiation effect of lung injury than the control group classification,two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).two groups of patients after the clinical symptoms in patients with total score of both groups than before treatment were significantly different(P0.01),TCM treatment group improved symptom total score was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).toxicity after radiotherapy in the treatment group.Reaction conditions and quality of life scores were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Lung fiber side has a certain role in combating radiation-induced lung injury,the objective of tumor therapy can improve Efficiency,improve patient quality of life,reducing radiation side effects.
