消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗玫瑰糠疹30例疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,对照组30例口服西替利嗪片和窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗。两组均外擦炉甘石洗剂,治疗4周后评价疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组73.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效好。
