D-二聚体监测在下肢深静脉血栓形成诊治中的意义

Value of variation of plasma D-dimer in diagnosis and treatment of patients with deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity

目的:探讨D-二聚体监测在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)诊治中的意义。方法:采用Sys-mex-CA 7000全自动血液凝固分析仪对95位DVT患者在治疗前,治疗后3 d、1周、10 d及治疗结束后的D-二聚体含量。结果:DVT患者D-二聚体值在急性期内含量较高,治疗后7 d下降至溶栓前水平,治疗后10 d较溶栓前下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态监测D-二聚体水平对于下肢DVT的诊治具有指导意义。

Objective： To investigate The value of variation of plasma D-dimer in diagnosis and treatment of patients with deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.Methods： Sysmex CA27000 fully automatic blood coagulation analyzer was used to detect D-dimer in the plasma in 95 patients with DVT at different times during thrombolytic treatment using urokinase（beforetreatment,3 days,10 days after the beginning of the treatment and in the end）.Results： D-dimer was higher in the acute stage of DVT.After treatment 1 week D-dimer level was decreased to the levels before treatment,and there was significant difference in D-dimer between after treatment 10 days and before thrombolysis.Conclusions： D-dimer seems to be a significant indicator for diagnosis and for evaluating curative effect for ADVT.
