心肌缺血再灌注后无复流发生的分子机制 被引量：9

摘要 无复流是指心外膜冠脉闭塞减轻或解除后，缺血心肌组织并没有恢复有效再灌注，微循环血流仍不能完全恢复正常的现象。无复流分为：（1）实验性无复流：实验条件下通过制作急性心肌缺血再灌注模型观察到的无复流。
