牙周炎和冠心病相关性中C反应蛋白作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)是一种非特异性的急性炎症时相反应蛋白。冠心病本质上是一种慢性炎性增生性疾病,作为炎症标志物的CRP血清水平的升高已被公认为是心血管疾病事件的强有力的独立危险因素或预测因素。牙周炎患者血清CRP水平亦显著升高。本文就CRP在牙周炎和冠心病相互影响中的作用进行综述。
