摘要
目的:探讨蛇床子抗炎、抗过敏、止痒作用的机制。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;用4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)诱导小鼠皮肤过敏性瘙痒,观察其止痒作用;用酶联免疫吸附法测定过敏小鼠皮肤组织匀浆中组胺浓度。结果:蛇床子能明显对抗二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,减少4-AP诱导的瘙痒反应的舔体次数,降低过敏皮肤组织匀浆中组胺浓度。结论:蛇床子有显著的抗炎、抗过敏、止痒作用。
Objective:To explore the mechanisms of antiinflammatory,antiallergic and antipruritic effect of Fructus Cnidii.Methods:observe anti-inflammatory effect of Fructus Cnidii by xylene-induced acute mouse ear inflammation and antipruritic effect of Fructus Cnidii by 4-amino pyridine-induced mouse skin itching as well as Determine histamine concentration in skin homogenate of mouse by the enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Fructus Cnidii can significantly resist xylene-induce acute mouse ear inflammation and the quantity of body lap caused by 4-amino pyridine-induced itching and decrease histamine concentration in skin homogenate.Conclusions:Fructus Cnidii had obvious antiallergic,antiinflammatory and antipruritic effect.
