“七皮饮”对角质形成细胞增殖和细胞周期的调控 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究"七皮饮"对细胞增殖及其细胞周期的影响,探讨其治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法采用MTT法测定"七皮饮"及其单味药对角质形成细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞仪分析在不同浓度及不同作用时间下"七皮饮"对细胞DNA含量及细胞周期的影响。结果 "七皮饮"具有抑制细胞增殖的作用,并且随着药物浓度的增加,抑制作用增强。细胞周期分布发生明显变化,表现为G0/G1期细胞比例增加而S期细胞比例减少,使细胞周期阻滞于G1期。结论 "七皮饮"能抑制角质形成细胞增殖,其机制可能与影响细胞的细胞周期有关。 Objective To explore the mechanism of Qipiyin on treating psoriasis,and effects on cell cycle and proliferation.Methods The effect of Qipiyin and its components on HaCaT proliferation was measured through MTT method,and flow cytometry analysis was used to detect the content of DNA and cell cycle in various concentrations at different time points.Results Qipiyin could markedly inhibited the proliferation of HaCaT,and the effect was enhanced with concentration.The medicine could also disturbed the distribution of HaCaT cell cycle obviously,which showed that the cell percentage of HaCaT in G0/G1 phase increased and that in S phase decreased.Conclusion The mechanism of Qipiyin inhibiting the proliferation of keratinocyte may be related to the change of cell cycle.
