接地与屏蔽在机床电气设计中的应用

The Application of Ground Connection and Shield in Machine Tool Electrical Design

机床电气控制系统（FCS）屏蔽／接地直接关系到控制系统的监测控制精度和机组的安全、可靠、稳定运行。对此，如何才能提高抗干扰能力是数控机床正常生产和工作中必不可少的部分，文章针对FCS屏蔽／接地进行分析，并给出了FCS防止外部电击、雷电、强电流及静电干扰的电缆屏蔽层接地方法。

The mechanism of par se screen/earthing of the field bus control system is directly related with the system supervision and control precision,and the safe,reliable and stable operation of power generation units.This paper gives an analysis to FCS screen/earthing based on FF and FROFIBUS,and present s a method of cable screen/earthing,so as to prevent influence by out side elect ricattack,lightening,strong current and static electricity disturbance.
