摘要
目前，中国电信运营商之间正在上演着激烈的3G市场争夺战。在3G业务运营史撑系统之中，融合实时的计费支撑是最为核心的问题，中国联通计费营帐系统的目标架构必须以支持融合3G移动业务，同时必须支撑跨网络、跨平台的计费需求。
