Zhuangyao Jianbu Pill of Thin-layer Chromatography(TLC)

目的:建立壮腰健步丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为该制剂质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:薄层色谱法鉴别该制剂中的甘草、白芍、续断、锁阳。结果:供试品色谱中与对照品及对照药材色谱相应的位置,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:实验方法简单,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,可作为该制剂的定性质量控制标准。

Objective： To establish the TLC identification method of the pill named Zhuangyao Jianbu Wan tor providing the basics on quality control Methods： An external standard method by TLC to identify the formulation of licorice,white paeony root ,himalayan teasel root and-herba cynomorii. Results： It showed that the position in the samples and the reference substance chromatographic appeared the same color of spots. Conclusion： The method is simple and specific, which is without interference of negative control, and can be used as the formulation of qualitative quality control standard.
