摘要
高校教师的角色是一个受学识、道德、行为等多种因素影响的复合体。教师的角色不是固定的而是相对的,可以相互转换。课堂教学是一台戏,教师可以根据教学设计和教学内容来决定自身在课堂中的所扮演的"编剧"、"导演"和"演员"等角色。
The roles of college teachers are complicated combination influenced by knowledge,morality and behavior.The roles are not stable but relative and can change to each other.Classroom teaching is a traditional opera in which teacher can decide to alt the roles of scenario,director and actor according to teaching design and teaching content.
