摘要
近年来胰腺癌的发病率和病死率呈逐年上升趋势，全球每年胰腺癌的新发病例约为23．2万人。胰腺癌是病死率最高的恶性肿瘤，其发病率和病死率比率接近1：0．99。手术切除是唯一可能根治胰腺癌的治疗方法。据美国SEER统计，2001年胰腺癌的总体5年生存率是5．2％，经根治性手术切除患者的5年生存率也仅为18％。其存活率在25年中提高甚微。因此，胰腺癌的早期诊断是目前改善预后的唯一途径。
