波浪床联合封闭式负压引流治疗严重压疮的临床研究

The clinical study of wave bed and vacuum sealing drainage technique for treatment of pressure ulcer

目的探讨波浪床联合封闭式负压引流治疗严重压疮的临床效果。方法研究组:近5年我院收治Ⅲ至Ⅳ度压疮患者146例,按受波浪床联合封闭式负压引流方法治疗。对照组:5年前我院收治Ⅲ至Ⅳ度压疮患者146例。接受常规治疗。观察指标:压疮愈合情况,压疮直径变化。结果两组病例治疗前的一般情况(年龄、性别、入院前的PU病程、PU的PUSHTOOL评分、Braden's评分、PU评估分期)对应比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但具有可比性;实验组经过治疗后进入红期的速度愈合的速度较对照组快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论波浪床联合封闭式负压引流方法可提高Ⅲ至Ⅳ度压疮的治疗效果。

Objective To study wave bed and vacuum sealing drainage technique for treatment fo pressure ulcer. Methods The study group： over the past 5 years , 146 cases （Ⅲ～Ⅳ） of patients with pressure ulcers were given wave bed and vacuum sealing drainage technique. Control group： 5 years ago, 146 cases （Ⅲ～Ⅳ） of patients with pressure ulcers were given conventional treatment. Outcome measures ： the pressure ulcer healing, pressure ulcer diameter.Results The two groups of patients before the general （age, sex , duration of pre-hospital PU, Pu＇s PUSH TOOL score, Braden＇s score, PU assessment stage） had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. The rate of study group into the red after after treatment were faster than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wave bed and vacuum sealing drainage technique can improve Ⅲ to Ⅳ, and have good effect.
