简易N-CPAP联合大剂量沐舒坦治疗NRDS的临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨简易鼻塞式持续呼吸道正压给氧(N-CPAP)联合大剂量沐舒坦治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的治疗效果。方法对36例NRDS应用简易N-CPAP联合大剂量沐舒坦治疗,并对其临床疗效、不良反应进行分析评估。结果治疗成功34例,失败2例。结论简易鼻塞式持续呼吸道正压给氧(N-CPAP)联合大剂量沐舒坦治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)是基层治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的最有效的方法,值得推广。
