摘要
新泰正大焦化厂硫铵工段出口φ1200mm碳钢煤气管道,因受出口煤气携带的酸性母液腐蚀,泄漏严重,大的漏洞有直径约200mm左右,如果更新这段管道,需要停产、停气、蒸气吹扫,直接投入及间接损失较大。如果采用带压封焊,由于泄漏的煤气量太大,管道的壁板已被腐蚀的很薄,该方案的安全性和可操作性太小。经过探讨,我们选定带压堵漏,然后用改性树脂玻璃钢加厚。目前已经正在使用。
