埃伯特曲线分析及柱塞早期磨损的预测

摘要 根据德国DIN4776标准草案要求,冷加工表面质量可用表面微观轮廓形状特征(即称埃佰特曲线)进行对比评定。本文以柱塞偶件副的早期磨损现象用埃佰特曲线进行分析对比,论述了柱塞偶件副的表面质量与埃佰特曲线中几个表征参数之间的关系,并对柱塞偶件副早期磨损的测定方法作了详细说明。 According to requirements of draft DIN4776 standards, comparative assessment of cold - worked surface quality can be based on surface micro - profile characteristics, i. e. Abbott Curve. Taking the Abbott curve - aided comparative assessment of initial wear of plunger and barrel assembly for example, this paper not only describes the relations between surface quality of plunger and barrel assembly and characteristic parameters of Abbott curve, but gives a detailed account of the measurement of initial wear of plunger and barrel assembly.
