一种新型的空调技术──冰蓄冷

摘要 三年前上海市计划用电办公室推广了一种新型的空调技术──冰蓄冷,冰蓄冷设备与常用空调设备的主要区别是前者有一蓄冷箱,箱内有水或其它液体,利用制冷机在夜间将蓄冷箱内的水制成冰,在日间使蓄冷箱内的冰熔化成制冷水,制冷水通过大楼内管道进行循环制冷。制冷机操作时间从日间高峰用电时间移至夜间低峰时间,削峰填谷,使电力公用事业和用户都得到了利益,公用事业提高了低峰用电的营业额,用户减少了电费帐单,支付了低廉的电费。日本和美国已采用很多冰蓄冷设备于商业和工业大楼中,美国冰蓄冷设备能力为400万吨一小时以上,42万千瓦电力从高峰用电移至低峰用电时间。欧洲也普遍使用。国内已试制成功用于工业和企业大楼中,正在逐步推广,节约大量能源和电费。本文描述了冰蓄冷设备的原理设计和造制工艺等。 A new air conditioning technology - ice storage is described. The difference between the ice storage and the conventional system is that the former has a storage tank,whichcontains woter or other liquid,the chiller makes the water form the ice at night,the ice is meltedto form chilled water in day,the chilled water passes through the pipes in the building to fromchilled water in day,the chilled water passes through the pipes in the building to form cool- Theoperation time of the chiller for air conditioning of the building is shifted from the on-peak in dayto off-peak period at night,By shifting electricity use to off-peak hours at night,cool storage benefits both tilities and their customers,utilitres improues load factors,off-peak sales,and customerslower their electric bills- In our country the ice storage is already developed and extended in usefor saving energy. The principle,design and manufacturing process of ice storage system are described.
