摘要 为深入探讨UVA 对皮肤光老化的作用机制,采用不同剂量的UVA(320400 nm ) 照射人角朊细胞和成纤维细胞,通过免疫组化方法,观察UVA 对一些抗原成分表达的影响。结果显示,当UVA 照射剂量达到27 J/c m 2 时,角朊细胞的多种抗原成分表达下降;当UVA 剂量为3 J/cm 2 时,成纤维细胞表达Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原下降,当UVA 为9 J/cm 2 时,成纤维细胞表达的Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原几乎消失。充分说明了UVA To make a further study on the mechanism of skin photoageing induced by ultraviolet A(UVA),the effects of UVA irradiation on expressions of some antigenic components of human skin derived keratinocytes and fibroblasts irradiated by different intensities of UVA were observed with the method of immune histochemical technique.The results showed that the expression of multiple antigenic components of the keratinocytes decreased at the intensity of 27 J/cm 2 UVA.The expressions of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅱ for fibroblasts decreased at intensity of 3 J/cm 2 UVA,and almost disappeared at intensity of 9 J/cm 2 UVA.It indicated that UVA played an importmant role in skin photoageing.
