摘要
为了解微生物农药的安全性,通过对苏云金杆菌、增产菌、白僵菌、棉铃虫核型多角体病毒、茶小卷叶娥颗粒体病毒、苜蓿银纹夜蛾颗粒体病毒5 种微生物农药的安全性评价,认为单纯微生物农药没有化学农药意义上的急、慢性毒性,所试微生物对哺乳动物不致病,无生殖毒性和致突变作用,是安全的。所试微生物农药之所以对哺乳动物无危害,关键可能是从植物、昆虫分离的这些细菌、真菌、杆状病毒不能侵入动物机体,在体内不能复制。
To study the safety of microbial pesticides,the safety assessments of bacillus thurigiensis,bacillus cereus,beauveria bassiana vuill,granulosis virus of adorophyes orana,nuclear polyhydrosis virus of heliothis armiger and nuclear polyhydrosis virus of autographa califonica multinucleocapsid were carried out.It indicated that the microbial pesticides were safe to observed mammal,showed no acute and chronic toxicities,reproduction toxicities and mutagenicities and couldn't cause illness to observed mamals.It might be the reason that these bacteria,fungi and baculovirus isolated from plants and insects could not attack the animal body or reproduce in the animal body.
