摘要
为探讨镉对免疫系统抑制的机理,研究镉对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌生物活性介质的影响。结果发现,5-0μmol/L 及10 μm ol/L 的镉,可减少巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α( TNFα) 及氧化氮( NO) 的量,但提高其分泌前列腺素E2(PGE2) 的量,这可能是其发挥免疫抑制作用的机制之一。
In order to reveal the mechanism of suppression on immune system induced by cadmium,the level of biological mediums of supernate of mouse peritoneal macrophage exposed to cadmium was determined The results showed that 5 μmol/L and 10 μmol/L cadmium could result in the levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)and nitric oxide(NO) decreased,whereas the level of prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2) increased The alteration of biological mediums might be responsible for immune suppression of cadmium,the results also provided experimental reference for screening the sensitive biomarker of population exposed to cadmium
