基于分步事例推理的排除工艺故障决策

摘要 根据机械加工中积累的、排除各种工艺故障措施的历史经验,可以建立排除各种工艺故障措施的事例库,当某类工艺出现故障需要排除时,就可以通过快速搜索已有的事例来辅助决策。针对事例库大、工艺描述属性多的情况,提出了基于分步事例推理的方法,能够有效提高搜索效率、降低决策风险。 According to the history accumulation of redress actions to various process faults,we can build redress case database.Once some process fault happens,we can quickly search the case database to find corresponding case,which helps making the redress decision based on the case.For the database have large scale data case,and excessive attributes have been required to describe process,this paper proposes a stepwise case based reasoning method,which will effectively improve the search efficiency and reduce the decision risk.
