摘要
我国高校博士后工作经过多年的发展,取得辉煌的成绩。但是随着博士后规模日益扩大,高校博士后管理工作在博士后招收选择、博士后工作考核等方面存在问题。提出相应的对策建议,为进一步完善高校博士后管理工作提供支持。
Abstract Postdoctoral work had made brilliant achievements in China. But, with the increasing volume, university postdoctoral researcher for postdoctoral management of post-doctoral recruit selection, postdoctoral work assessment are existing the problems. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further perfect college postdoctoral management support.
